Deposit

A 50% non refundable deposit is requited to secure your items for your required date. Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to your required date. Payment methods: Cheques made payable to: Lindsay Edgecombe or BACS: 77-65-11 20069560

Hire

A standard order will be on hire to you for 5 days. Any extra time required may incur a surcharge but this will be discussed at the time of order.

Delivery

Prices are based on collection. Delivery and redelivery prices are calculated at £1 per mile from SA8 3DP. (Longer distance discounts available. Minimum charge £100. Van hire surcharge may apply to larger items).

It may be possible to send (and return) some items by courier. In this case delivery charges are priced at cost using Yodel or Royal Mail.

Collect for free from SA8 3DP. Please make sure the items will fit in your vehicle before the collection day. If items do not fit and you are unable to take them with you, a full hire cost will still apply.

Collection

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ITEMS FIT IN YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE THE COLLECTION DAY. If items do not fit in your vehicle and your unable to take them away, a full hire cost is still applicable.

Cancellation

If you have to cancel your order, please do before 30 days. Please note 50% deposit is non refundable if not canceled within 30 days.

Packaging/Cleaning

All of your items will be packaged carefully in our packaging/boxes. When returning items please can all food or debris be removed and returned in the original boxes, if packaging is lost or damaged a charge for replacements will be charged. These vintage items are very delicate and not designed for dishwashers. Good old soapy water does the trick! If you would like us to was the hired items a 20% cleaning charge is applied. Please state which one you’d prefer when ordering.

Breakages/Lost Items

If items are broken or lost during the period of your hire, they will be need to be replaced within 1 week. If you are unable to replace the item, you will be liable for the full replacement cost. The replacement cost is stated at the beginning of your hire. We recommend you take out insurance to cover the cost of your hire in case of loss or damage. Please ask regarding insurance we use a reputable insurer that can help you.

Security Deposit

A security deposit equal to 100% of the hire cost is required to cover potential loss or damage, this is fully refundable upon safe return of all the items in the original condition. We may use all or pat of the security deposit to replace or refurbish any damage or missing items.

Checking and Signing

It is very important that you check your items carefully upon delivery and sign the accompanying delivery note accordingly. Please bring to our attention any problem with your delivery at this time. Upon signing you are fully responsible for the care of all items and packaging and are expected to return them to My Vintage Flower in the same condition.

Liability

My Vintage Flower will accept no responsibility for damage or injury caused to person or product as a result of this hire arrangement, unless negligence on the part of My Vintage Flower can be shown. All goods are hired and are the responsibility of the hirer until they are returned to My Vintage Flower.
